Warranty Period: 40 Years

This Solar Roof Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Fortified Solar, hereinafter referred to as the “Warrantor,” to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of Fortified Solar Through Fastened Integrated Steel Solar Panels, with the following roof models:

• EC-PVSTEEL-735 M10
• EC-PVSTEEL-735 G12

Coverage

• Limited Warranty Period: This Warranty is valid for a period of 40 years from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).
• Coverage: During the Warranty Period, the Warrantor warrants that the specified solar roofs will be free from defects in material and workmanship, which cause a significant reduction in power output, under normal use and service.

Claims

• Procedure: In the event of a potential warranty claim, the Purchaser must follow the warranty claim procedure provided by the Warrantor, including:
  a. Notifying the Warrantor promptly after discovering a potential issue.
• b. Providing proof of purchase.
• c. Allowing the Warrantor or its authorized representatives to inspect and assess the solar roofs.
• Warrantor’s Decision: The Warrantor will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the solar roofs that are determined to be defective under this Warranty. The Warrantor may use new or refurbished parts or roofs for replacement.
• Limitations: This Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
  a. Improper installation, handling, or maintenance.
• b. Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• c. Acts of nature, accidents, or external factors.
• d. Normal wear and tear.

Exclusions and Limitations

• Exclusion of Consequential Damages: The Warrantor shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with this Warranty.
• Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of the Warrantor under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective solar roofs as provided herein.

Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

Transferability

This Warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original Purchaser.

Effective Date

This Solar Roof Limited Warranty is effective from the original date of purchase. By purchasing the Fortified Solar Through Fastened Integrated Steel Solar Panels, the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read and understood this Warranty and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
